How to Write a Notice

How to write a notice:: Writing a notice is one of the forms of writing. Writing a notice is not too difficult. A notice is generally written to convey message.

  1.   You need to follow some rules while writing a notice. In notice the steps are important-- I) INTRODUCTION
                     II) FORM
                     III) REGISTER.

2.'Form'  refers to date, signature of the person issuing the notice, heading as a 'notice' etc. So, in a notice there must be the name of the authority, address and the date if issue.                "Sd/-
         Signature of the Headmaster
         Name of the school.

On the very top of the writing 'NOTICE' should be written.
The date is generally written in  the bottom left margin or in the top corner.

In Notice, we use present and past tense and mostly it is written in passive voice.

3. Now, we come to content. First part take the introduction and then short sentences that correspond with the content.. in the beginning of the content we can use expressions like :" .......are hereby informed/.....are hereby notified/.... We are pleased to...../glad to announce..../This is to inform etc.
