Why motivation is so necessary

Motivation comes from a set of neurochemical works in our brain that gradually as well as eventually develop over time. It's a process to make people gradually dedicative to achieve the goals, they wished long ago. To define it in a biological sense, we must say that there are some organs or neurons which are connected to one another that become interested in getting new thoughts. Our motivation depends on two things generally-- the first one is the experiences we have gained from our childhood and the second, the genes we are born with. These two systems function when one progresses in life. It's naturally true that people don't have motivation or lack motivation to work. It matters on how one motivates others and on how people are interested to work. Each person's intentions and the way they are motivated are different from each other because they are born with different nature and they have faced different obstacles of reality.  So their experiences and thinking must be different. One thing we must say that we should praise the effort rather than the outcome as it increases not only their motivation but also develop their dedicative skills/ intellects on works. But we should not pressure upon a child for getting success because it makes them feel depressed and failure.
